An assistant that answers in 92 languages
Twise answers in 92 languages, in text and in speech. It detects the language a visitor writes in and replies in the same one, without anyone selecting a locale or clicking a flag.
Detection, not selection
A visitor writes in Portuguese and gets Portuguese back. They switch to English mid-conversation and so does Twise. Speech works the same way — dictate a question in one language and the spoken answer comes back in it. The range comes from the OpenAI language and speech models underneath the assistant.
This matters most when your content is not in your visitor’s language. Twise answers from your English pages in the language the question was asked in, so one set of content serves every market you sell to.
Setting the languages you support
In the admin you set one primary language and add any others you want to commit to, from the 32 below. Turning on the restriction makes Twise always reply in those languages, even when a visitor writes in something else — useful when you can only follow up in the languages your team actually speaks.
